Two days ago I was changing rear brake pads on my truck when I found a frozen slider pin. Sarah from the Spanish Fork O'reilly's quickly looked up the parts I needed (caliper support bracket and slider pins/bellows) and had them waiting for me on the counter when I arrived. Great service!

Came here when we were trying to pick up a large item we had purchased off of Facebook, and realized that we had no tie-downs with the pickup that we were borrowing. So we stopped by for a quick buy.

Found the location real easy in a good location.

I'm cheap and wasn't fond of the price, but hey the quality of the product is good, so we went with it.

We purchased 15 feet tie-downs in a double pack.

Probably some pointers or perks, but not sure what they were.

The employee that helped us was rather knowledgeable and was able to direct us to what we needed. He was also friendly natured, and bid us a good remainder of the weekend and rooted for the 49ers for Super Bowl Sunday.

I have like O'Reilly's. The staff are friendly and they always have pretty good prices for parts. The store is clean and I always have a good experience when I come here đđŒ

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I needed a windshield wiper and it was so easy to get their help. They confirmed I had the right part, and check out was smooth. When I was struggling a little to fix the wiper blade in the parking lot, one of the employees came out and installed it for me. Highly recommend coming here!

This is my go to place for auto parts. I nearly always have a good experience here. It can get busy, and there have been quite a few times that I've waited for nearly 10 minutes before getting help from someone.
However, I always get good quality help when i can find someone that is free. The quality of the auto parts seem to be in par with what you get elsewhere.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to tell me I needed a new battery and why after another place told me my battery was fine but the battery continued to die repeatedly. Once we replaced the battery we've had no further problems. O'Reilly is always dependable.

My favorite auto part store. Clean store, friendly staff and they are thoughtful enough to offer help with your car. They aren't put out if they need to call another store to find out if they have the item in stock. (this rarely happens though). I'm so pleased that they are in my city and not finding myself driving across the county to find a decent place. Highly recommend. They will rent you the tool you likely will only need once. Pretty awesome if you ask me. I've always found the staff to be very kind and knowledgeable.

Great experience!!
Pulled up at 6:30, on Sunday. I needed a new battery and knew with the set up of my car it was going to be difficult. It was definitely a two man job.
I really appreciate Joe and Reilly for their help. Joe and Reilly were determined to get the battery out and install my new battery. They stayed after closing to help finish the job. Joe was great to talk to throughout this ordeal And I felt really comfortable working along side them.
The customer service was great! I feel really comfortable with the advice and knowledge they gave about car batteries. My wife will be safe this winter on the road and not stranded at parking lots hoping someone is kind enough to help.
Thank you O'Reilly staff for the great job today

The employee who assisted me went above and beyond in helping me. He was so kind, and he ended up saving me tons of money that I would have spent if I had gone get my car diagnosed because he just took a few minutes out of his day to check my car out. I was very pleased with my experience here!

Awesome service! Just bought a car less than three weeks ago, I have two small children and when I got to work and my service engine soon light came on. Went to the nearest auto parts store and Timothy was very nice. Great customer service! It was pouring rain and he went out to run a diagnostics for me and was even concerned about me being the one getting wet. Then he recommended that I take a picture of the report to look up online. Thank you again!!! đ

Mike is awesome...dude on Sunday needs to calm down but he's okay too I guess. Never had an issue with getting what I needed at this store. If they don't have what I need they don't waste my time looking for other options that really wouldn't work right.

My husband and I spent the whole day pulling the dash out of his C5 Corvette to replace the passenger blend door actuator. After the âotherâ guys gave me the wrong part, Tanner quickly helped me get the right part so that we could finish the job before the day was gone. He was very helpful and friendly. Itâs awesome to have AC on my side of the car again!

Called in looking for new rear brake calipers thinking mine were seized was helped quickly with where the parts were and when I could get them. However the employee let me know that the calipers I had on my car actually twisted rather than compressed. Tried it and was able to save myself a few bucks on unnecessary parts. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks OâReilly

My windshield wipers were not working and I didnât even know if they helped with that sort of thing. Spencer came out and took a look at them-it was a loose bolt. He tightened both of them and made sure they worked. Thank you so much!!!!!!

I had such a great experience with at OâReilly Auto Parts in Spanish Fork. I was clueless on what I was doing/what I needed to buy but Xander help me and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond his job to help me! He was so polite, very understanding of my situation and made sure I bought the correct supplies that I needed.
